Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
A Perfect Healthy Treat To Match The Season
Who doesn't love fall? September is here, and what better way to ring in fall than with a little pumpkin! Our Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is perfect first thing in the morning as a smoothie bowl, or as a healthy afternoon snack. It's delicious and tastes just like the real thing, with none of the guilt! We can't wait for you to try it out.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 4 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1-2 packets Ruvi Boost
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A dash of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 90 seconds or until smooth.
- Top with cinnamon and enjoy as a smoothie, or top with granola, nuts or cranberries and enjoy as a smoothie bowl!
Yields 22 ounces; 2-3 servings
