Ruvi is a freeze dried whole food powdered drink. Most powders on the market are air dried or drum dried--inexpensive drying methods using high heat. The high heat destroys many of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables. Plus, those methods rely on purées or juices which strip out many of the beneficial components of the product. Ruvi is freeze dried. Think of taking the whole fruit or veg, flash freezing it, and then freeze drying it. We then grind it into a fine powder that you can easily mix into water and drink. Freeze drying is a gentle process that uses very low heat and pressure to remove the water — nothing else. It leaves you with all the good and none of the bad.

Additionally, our food goes through a squeaky-clean washing process, unlike fresh produce you’d find at the supermarket. This washing process cleans away chemical residue from the surface of the food.

Organic certification encompasses more than just the use of pesticides and herbicides. Ruvi meets many of those standards like:

We are sorry you aren’t satisfied with Ruvi, but we get it, sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to place a return, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return your product. You can choose the frequency of your order to ship every 30 days, 45 days or 60 days.

On your desktop, click on the account icon in the upper right corner of goruvi.com. On mobile click the menu icon in the top right of the screen and click Sign In. Before logging in click  Manage Subscriptions at the bottom of the initial login page. You will then be redirected to the subscription login page.

Once logged in, you will see what is currently in your subscription and your next processing date. You can click on Manage This Bundle under the pack you have selected to see the frequency of your subscription along with the contents and edit those if you desire. In the section You May Also Like, you have the ability to select any product and add an additional subscription or one-time product.

Once logged in, click Manage My Bundle underneath your pack selection to update. Select Update Contents under Your Bundle Details and click the minus button to reduce certain flavors and the plus button to add more flavors. Once you have selected the number of smoothies in your pack size, you will not be able to add any more flavors. Press save to solidify your content choices once finished.

Once logged in, you will see the option to skip at the very top under your next processing date. To skip your next delivery simply click the Skip button. You will then confirm your choice to skip and your next delivery date will be shown.

To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Once logged in, click Manage My Bundle underneath your pack selection to update. At the bottom of the page you will see the Cancel Subscription button. You will then be prompted to confirm your selection.

Once logged in, click on Address and Payment details on the right side navigation bar. From there, scroll down to Manage Addresses and click the drop down arrow on the current shipping address you have listed and all subscriptions associated with that address will show. On this page you can update your shipping address or add a new shipping address.
