Ruvi Thanksgiving Recipes
RUVI CRANBERRY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:

12 ounces fresh cranberries

1 cup orange juice
-
1 cup sugar
-
1 packet Ruvi Active
INSTRUCTIONS:
-
Add cranberries, orange juice, sugar and Ruvi Active to a sauce pan and turn on high.
-
Stir well while sugar begins to dissolve. Cook until cranberries start to pop, about 12-15 minutes.

Mash slightly with a fork or potato masher.
-
Remove from heat and move sauce to a bowl. It will thicken as it cools! Enjoy.
Yields: 10 servings
RUVI STUFFING
INGREDIENTS:

24 ounces of stale/toasted bread cubes
-
1 cup butter
-
1 1/2 cups celery
-
2 cups sweet onion
-
2 Tbsp. garlic
-
Salt & Pepper
-
1 packet Ruvi Clean
-
3 Tbsp. sage
-
3 Tbsp. Italian parsley
-
3 Tbsp. rosemary
-
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
-
2 large eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread cubes into 9x13 pan you will be baking it in.
-
In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion, celery, garlic and a large pinch of salt & pepper (about 1 tsp. each). Cook about 8-10 minutes until vegetables soften. Then add Ruvi Clean, chopped herbs and 1 cup chicken stock.

Pour vegetable mixture over bread and toss well.

In a small bowl whisk together the remaining 1 1/2 cups stock and two eggs.

Pour that mixture into the bread and toss well to coat.

Bake stuffing 45-50 minutes until golden brown and 165 degrees. Enjoy!
Yields 8-10 servings
RUVI HOMEMADE MAC & CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces elbow macaroni or spiral pasta
-
1/4 cup butter
-
3 Tbsp. flour
-
3 cups of whole milk
-
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
-
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan
-
1/4 cup shredded smoked gouda
-
1 packet Ruvi Clean
-
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp. onion powder
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
Breadcrumbs
-
1/2 cup bread crumbs
-
3 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter/grease an 8x8 baking dish.
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta under tender, but slightly firm, about 8 minutes. Strain pasta and transfer to baking dish.
-
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Once butter is melted, whisk in flour to create a paste. Cook until light brown about 3 minutes.

Add in milk and bring to a simmer. Once the mixture is at a simmer, add all cheeses and Ruvi Clean along with salt and pepper and cook until fully melted and slightly thick. Add additional milk if needed.

Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and combine well.

Mix melted butter and bread crumbs in a bowl, then sprinkle over top of the macaroni and cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
